Tirana, 15 August: Democratic Party's Secretary for Legal Issues Ilir Rusmajli stated on Thursday [15 August] that for realization of the initiated institutional reforms, "reorganization of the Central Election Commission [CEC] is indispensable".

He asked for a balancing of participation of ruling parties and opposition representatives in this institution.
