Revivim, Trans-Yarkon: A 210-sq.m. house on a 250-sq.m. plot was sold for $490,000, 8% less than the asking price. A five-room garden apartment on Dissenchik St. was sold for $400,000, 9% less than the asking price. A four-room apartment with an extra roof-top room on Kisufim St. was sold for $320,000, 12% less than the asking price (Executive Realty).

Tel Baruch: A 180-sq.m. garden apartment was sold for $485,000, 12% less than the asking price (Executive Realty).
