Amman - Political parties across the spectrum have welcomed His Majesty King Abdullah's recent remarks in which he warned against a military strike on Iraq and called for averting a humanitarian catastrophe in the Israeli-occupied Palestinian territories. Opposition and centrist parties described the King's visit to Europe and the US as a positive one that will convey Arab perspectives and beliefs to the Western community.
