Feb 1 BELGRADE - BiH Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Azra Hadziahmetovic and Yugoslav Deputy Prime Minister Miroslav Labus signed the agreement on free trade between BiH and Yugoslavia.

SARAJEVO - High Representative to BiH Wolfgang Petritsch appointed Canadian diplomat Paul Martin to the position of the Deputy High Representative and head of the Office of the High Representative (OHR) in Banja Luka.

SARAJEVO - The Constitutional Commission of the BiH Federation Parliamentary House of Representatives determined the draft 46 amendments to the BiH Federation Constitution aimed at the implementation of the decision of the BiH Constitutional Court on the constituent status of all three peoples in the entire BiH.

THE HAGUE - Slobodan Milosevic will face a single trial starting later this month on charges of committing war crimes in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo in the 1990s, the U.N. tribunal in The Hague said.

ZAGREB - The Croatian Air Traffic Control (HKZP) has been performing operative services of air traffic control in the BiH airspace from December 27 last year. HKZP will perform this job in the next four years, according to a joint statement signed by representatives of the BiH Department for Civil Aviation (BHDCA), HKZP, EUROCONTROL, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and SFOR.
