Time cannot pass quickly enough for East Yorkshire plane-spotter Mike Bursell as he counts down to the day when he hopes he can finally clear his name.
With a date finally set for the two-day trial of Mr Bursell and 11 other plane-spotters on an espionage charge in Greece, his group is making its final preparations for its defence.
Mr Bursell, of Swanland, near Hull, is collecting his final pieces of evidence he is confident will prove his innocence.
Now the 47-year-old is hoping the two-day trial - scheduled for April 24 - will finally lay to rest a four-month nightmare.
"It's good this thing is coming to a head and we can get it resolved," said Mr Bursell, of Mill Rise.
"We expect it to be resolved positively because we've done nothing wrong.
