Bruce D. Parker Added To AirNet Systems, Inc. Board of Directors.

AirNet Systems, Inc. announced the appointment of Bruce D. Parker to its Board of Directors, effective immediately, for a term expiring at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in 2003.

Joe Biggerstaff, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We are very pleased to add a board member with Bruce Parker's industry and technology experience. We look forward to drawing upon his expertise to improve execution of AirNet's strategy and the development of a stronger information technology platform to support the long term growth of our business."

Mr. Parker is the Founder and President of IT Management Group LLC, a specialty consulting group that advises and manages information technology organizations for corporations in Europe and the United States.

Prior to his retirement from Sapient Corporation earlier this year, Mr. Parker served as Executive Vice President since December 1999. He was responsible for corporate development and international growth initiatives, as well as Sapient's subsidiaries and relationships with several large clients. Mr. Parker joined the Board of Directors of Sapient Corporation in September 1995 and continues as a member.

From December 1997 to December 1999, Mr. Parker served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at United Airlines, Inc. Before joining United, Mr. Parker was Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Ryder Systems.

Mr. Parker currently serves on the Boy Scouts of America National Advisory Board. He earned a masters degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.
