Mesaba Holdings, Inc. announced today that Ranger Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mesaba Holdings, completed its cash tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of 1996 Series Common Stock of Big Sky Transportation Co.
The offer, priced at $2.60 per share net to the seller in cash, expired at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, on Wednesday, November 27, 2002.
