Oct. 31--What's worse than running into someone on Halloween who's dressed up the same as you?
Finding out that someone is pretending to be you.
Experts say that should be a real fear for teenagers, who face additional risk factors for the fast-growing crime of identity theft.
That's when someone applies for a credit card using your name and Social Security number, charging up a lot of purchases and hoping to stiff you with the bill. Or they steal your password and drain your bank account.
