Section: Economy - The Bank of Thailand (BOT) Friday raised Thailand's GDP growth forecast 2005 to 4.25-4.75 per cent on robust exports growth since July, strong domestic consumption and easing oil prices, The Nation reports.

The previous forecast in July was 3.5-4.5 per cent, while most economists had expected 4.0 per cent Thai GDP growth rate.
