MELBOURNE, Oct 31 Asia Pulse - New Zealand dairy giant Fonterra today said it was interested in the branded products of Australian producer Dairy Farmers, but would not commit to a takeover.
The unlisted Dairy Farmers is undergoing structural change, including plant closures and job losses, to get into shape for a public float within the next two to three years.
