SYDNEY, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - The Australian share market jumped out of the gates higher today, although a public holiday in Melbourne is expected to keep trading volumes thin.
At 1020 AEDT, the S&P/ASX200 rose 6.1 points to 4,465.8 while the all ordinaries gained 5.3 points to 4,418.
On the Sydney Futures Exchange, the December share price index contract was up nine points to 4,467.
