KARACHI, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - The market experienced a slight rebound on October 30 on the back of good quarterly results of major stocks. The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE-100) Index increased by 82 points to close at 8,317 on turnover of 293 million shares.
According to Taurus Security Limited, with both Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) and Oil & Gas Development Company (OGDC) reporting 1Q06 earnings in line with expectations helped boost the market after 2 consecutive days of correction. PPL improved by around 3.5 per cent to Rs200.70 while OGDC posted a minor gain of less than 1 per cent ...
