TAIPEI, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - Subsidence in Yunlin, central Taiwan, will not be a danger for the high-speed train service planned for launch Oct. 31, 2006, Taiwan High-Speed Rail Corp. (THSRC) Chairwoman Nita Ing said Monday.
