Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 31 (PTI) The Kerala Cabinet today held a detailed discussion on the ambitious 'Vision 2010' programme chalked out by the UDF Government to achieve faster economic development of the state, while strengthening social security and improving the quality of services to the people.
