Kolkata, Oct 31 (PTI) The Calcutta High Court today stayed an injunction by AAIFR (the apellate authority of BIFR) against a Rs 50 crore rights issue offer by Jessop and Company Limited and gave the go ahead for the rights issue in the interim.
