The states which have issued Open Access Regulations for consumers include, Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Orissa, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Delhi among others, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) said in a statement.
