New Delhi, Oct 31 (PTI) Demanding stringent punishment for data-related offences in the IT sector, industry chamber ASSOCHAM has sought inclusion of a provision in the amended IT Act 2000 to fix responsibility on intermidiaries and network service p roviders for any leakage of information.
