FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 31 (UPI) -- Although still without many working traffic signals, it was back to business Monday in South Florida, one week after Hurricane Wilma powered through.

In Fort Lauderdale, extra police officers were posted at 70 intersections still without power.
