CARLSBAD, Calif. - Dot Hill Systems Corp. (NASDAQ:HILL) today announced financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2005. Net revenue was $53.6 million for the third quarter of 2005, compared to $57.0 million for the third quarter of 2004 and $65.9 million for the second quarter of 2005. Net loss for the third quarter of 2005 was $1.3 million, or a loss of $0.03 per share on a fully diluted basis. This compares to third quarter 2004 net income of $3.5 million or $0.07 per share on a fully diluted basis and second quarter 2005 net income of $3.3 million or $0.07 per share on a fully diluted basis. The figures for the third quarter of 2005 met or exceeded company guidance set on July 27, 2005 of net revenue in the range of $50 to $54 million and a net loss in the range of $0.04 and $0.06 per share on a fully...
