Good Eats
I pack healthy mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks the night before and take them with me to work so I get those all-important good calories in to build muscle.
I also take two nights a week to forget about work: I write, draw, or just watch some movies to relax.

I love sports drinks for getting rehydrated after working out but hate that they're chock-full of artificial flavors and colors. One of nay recent discoveries is coconut water, which is natural and has much needed electrolytes.
