Fort Worth, Texas - American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, will link the capital cities of Nashville, Tenn., and Washington, D.C. with nonstop service beginning May 1. To celebrate, the airline is offering a special introductory fare on the route for travel through mid-June.

For just $79* each way (based on a round-trip purchase on the American Airlines/American Eagle Web site, AA.com), American Eagle can whisk you between Nashville and Washington on one of the airline's three daily round trips between the cities.

American Eagle will fly the route with 37-seat ERJ-135 jets.
