KABUL, Afghanistan, Oct. 31 (UPI) -- Two U.S. soldiers in southern Afghanistan have been charged with punching two Afghan detainees in the chest, shoulders and stomach.
The charges came a week after accusations that U.S. troops had burned the bodies of Taliban fighters.
