Oct. 30--Some people are saying, "Halloween already?" Not Tom Davis.
Ditto his clients. The owner of Are You Ready to Party in Waterville said some people come in as early as August to buy Halloween supplies.
"But, realistically, about 90 percent of people will be here Friday night for a Saturday event," Davis said.
For local businesses such as Davis', that last-minute rush to buy candy, the perfect Halloween costume or a spooky CD equals big bucks.
