Over the last 12 months, this represents a rise of 2.4 per cent in the median house price and a 4.5 per cent increase in the unit/apartment price

For the calendar year to date (March quarter to September quarter), the median house price has increased 3.4 per cent and the median unit/apartment price risen 2.7 per cent
