Vietnam: Seminar discusses e-business opportunity.

Section: Regional News - Exploiting opportunities in E-business was discussed at a seminar held in Hanoi on Thursday by the Ministry of Trade, in co-ordination with the Asia-Pacific Council for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (AFACT).
E-commerce has seen worldwide-scale development thanks to advantages in transactions, procedure processing, safe payment systems, and further expansion of markets and customers, according to the Ministry of Trade.
However, e-commerce operations have not yet been developed in Vietnam. Only 20 percent of Vietnamese businesses have set up their own websites.
