Section: Regional News - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a press briefing in Hanoi on October 27 to inform reporters of Vietnam's major diplomatic activities in November.

Prime Minister Phan Van Khai will lead a Vietnamese delegation to Thailand to participate in the 2nd Summit of the Ayeyawady - Chao Phraya - Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (AMECS) from November 1-3, announced the Foreign Ministry spokesman Le Dung.
