Oct. 28--It's party time. After nearly a week of inactivity, many area nightclubs and bars will be back in action this weekend.

The city of Miami Beach is relaxing its 8 p.m. curfew beginning today, according to spokeswoman Nannette Rodriguez. Other cities also are beginning to roll back curfews that began as early as 7 p.m. following Wilma.
