ROMANS: We got, what now, six weeks now of interest rates, mortgage rates rising, 6 percent is the 30-year home loan now. Is this going to be a problem for the housing market?
DAVIS: I don`t think so. I think that the overall housing market is very strong. We had a record first quarter at Century 21. April is shaping up to be very strong and I think as long as the Fed is successful in slowly talking up interest rates and the economy continues...
