CHRIS HUNTINGTON, CNNfn CORRESPONDENT: Christine, well once again, six men six women will decide the fate of Frank Quattrone. Of course he is facing three charges, obstruction of justice, a grand jury investigation, obstruction of justice for potentially blocking an SEC investigation and a charge that is simply called witness tampering. What it really is is the fact that he encouraged or at least allegedly encouraged other investment bankers at Credit Suisse First Boston to delete some files pertaining to IPOs and the allocation process.
