In "Et Tu, GOP?" (Editorial, Wednesday) you state: "But Karl Rove did not lie under oath. Karl Rove did not obstruct justice."
You have fallen into the same mode as the mainstream media in assuming an indictment will be made. The statement assumes that an indictment has been handed down and these are the alleged violations. No indictment had been handed down and no one knew...
