They`re back with us, labor attorney Rick Berman on the left there, Chris Kofinis with Wakeupwalmart.com, an activist group that has been critical of Wal-Mart, run in part by the United Food and Commercial Workers Union.

KOFINIS: Well, it`s a pretty disturbing memo. I mean, what this memo, I think shows -- and I encourage every American to go to "The New York Times" website and read this memo.
GRIFFETH: Have you read the whole thing?
KOFINIS: I have. It`s very disturbing. What you see is basically the last two days of what they were: a publicity stunt. And what`s even more disturbing about it, I would say, is when you read between the lines, what basically Wal-Mart is saying is that its 1.3 million workers are no different than cattle....
