LIZ CLAMAN, CNBC ANCHOR: Quarterly earnings up more than 60 percent over a year ago, coming in at 23 cents per share. Revenues surged to 274 million, up from 187 million a year ago. But a note here, the brokerage is in talks with the Securities and Exchange Commission about how it accounted for transactions back in 2004, may have to restate that year`s earnings. But for now, looking at shares this morning, down about half a percent after jumping in pre-market activity, Ameritrade stands at $21.02 a share. Let`s bring in the CEO, Joe Moglia, he joins us now from his Omaha headquarters.
