Oct. 25--Law student Nicholas Scott isn't worried by his $120,000 school debt. Fordham student Patrina Duhon, 19, is stressed out over money. They may be the smartest students in the country -- but city college kids get a big fat F when it comes to money.
Three out of four said they'd rather spend money on socializing than buy a winter coat, according to a new survey from Bank of America.
Only one in six said they track how much money they spend, while more than half said they have no budget at all.
