A pre-Christmas crackdown is being planned by Trading Standards to stop rogue retailers selling alcohol to under-age drinkers. And for the first time test purchase stings could happen in Scotland, according to the country's Lord Advocate.
This comes at a time when Chief Constable Ken Jones next year's head of the Association of Chief Police Officers has come out against supermarkets for the first time, attacking them for being 'badly run and at 'the heart of the problem.
