KEY WEST, Fla. _ The winds blasted the marina. The water pushed 4 feet above the dock.
And Bill Bricking, who vowed to ride out Hurricane Wilma on his houseboat in Garrison Bight Marina on Monday morning, decided he had had enough.
"At 2 o'clock, all hell broke loose," he said. "At 3 o'clock, double hell broke loose.
