I use a laptop every day, rather than the desktops used by most of my colleagues at PCW. I opted for a laptop because I find it easier to transport everything with me when I'm working externally, be it from home or from a conference elsewhere in the world.
It weighs 2.4kg, so is just about light enough to carry around all day and has enough power to cope with most tasks. But (just in case the managing director is reading this) when it comes to replacing my laptop at the end...
