Oct. 21--Affiliated Computer Services Inc. announced fiscal first-quarter results in line with analysts' expectations Thursday, quelling concerns about the departure of chief executive Jeff Rich.
Earnings were announced after the close of trading. Shares closed at $48.02, up 1 cent, but rose $2.88 in after-hours trading.
