Enrollment in Medicare-endorsed prescription-drug discount cards doesn't begin until May 3. But beneficiaries around the country already are receiving unsolicited phone calls and visits from seam artists who offer fake cards and, in the process, attempt to make off with seniors' personal information, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services says.
