DYLAN RATIGAN, CNBC ANCHOR: We just heard how a presidential panel wants to overhaul the tax code. Now we debate the panel`s recommendations with our guests. Our "Hot Topic" this afternoon, debating tax reform. Our guests, Stephen Moore, a member of the editorial board at "The Wall Street Journal" supports many of the recommendations the tax panel makes, but would prefer a single tax rate between 15 and 22 percent. Dean Baker, an economist and co-director for Center of Economic and Policy Research, he favors an equal tax on wages as well as capital gains and dividends, ballpark number, something around 30 percent.
Mr. Moore, I begin with you. Of all the suggestions that you have heard, many of them just in the conversation with Maria, which one do you believe is the most important, would you most support and which one offends you most?
