The two musicians in Crystal Method grew up in Las Vegas, but they moved to Los Angeles several years ago. Entertainment reporters around the world, though, apparently get flummoxed by this two-city history and usually refer to the electronic-music duo as being either from L.A. or Vegas -- but not both.

Ken Jordan, who is half of the duo, says this actually works out in Crystal Method's favor.

"We get to do two hometown shows," he says, and he's only half-kidding. Tonight, Jordan and his partner Scott Kirkland play a hometown show at the House of Blues. They will do music from their 1997 debut, "Vegas," plus songs from 2001's "Tweekend," and this year's "Legion of Boom."
