Oct. 11--Some of the city's most exclusive waterfront businesses are paying a high price for their glorious river views -- as much as $10 million in damages from speeding boats and heavy ferry traffic.
Famous spots like Brooklyn's famous River Cafe and midtown's Yacht World are among the shoreline businesses suffering from the waves that surge from passing vessels.
