Oct. 11--OCALA, Fla. -- Years of on-again, off-again residential construction in the 'Cala Hills development may soon pick up steam.
Monday night, developer Jeff Gutapfel, owner of Good Apple Development, moved one step closer to the first major wave of construction in the residential community in four years.
