Oct. 3--One of the next big steps in rebuilding the World Trade Center site will be the unveiling of plans for stores along the Church St. side.
Port Authority executive director Kenneth Ringler said prospective developers would get to see early plans in the next few weeks.
"We're off to the races; we're doing this," Port Authority chairman Anthony Coscia said. "By the first quarter of 2006, we'll have fairly detailed designs."
