New Delhi, Sep 30 (PTI) With a view to better monitor the work of NGOs involved in `Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan' and facilitate mainstreaming of the students, a new scheme is being launched in the capital under which the learning centres would be set up i n the premises of the Delhi government-run schools.

Under the scheme funded by the Centre, each learning centre would be provided two porta cabins and a toilet block within the school premises, Delhi Education Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely told reporters here today.
