JOE KERNEN, CNBC ANCHOR: Well, we just heard Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan finish speaking just a few minutes ago, warning investors against complacency. And then, earlier today, we had Janet Yellen, president of the San Francisco Fed, saying that high energy prices pose the biggest risk to the economy. Let`s hear what our Bull and Bear have to say about the Fed, the economy, and the stock market. Our Bull, Joe Battipaglia, chief investment officer of Ryan Beck & Company, and he says the Fed was wrong to raise rates last week because the economy needs to be lifted up and not knocked down. Meanwhile, Todd Salamone is our Bear. He says the Fed has to raise rates to fight inflation despite the slowing economy.
