Sep. 27--The disgraced ex-superintendent of Roslyn schools pleaded guilty yesterday to grand larceny charges for embezzling what prosecutors said was $2 million in district funds.
Frank Tassone, 58, of E. 88th St. in Manhattan, was the first of five people arrested in the $11.2 million scandal to take a plea. The longtime school administrator -- booed by a chorus of some 40 parents who packed the Nassau County courtroom -- faced a maximum 25...
