Web sex talk seen grounds for divorce
BRUSSELS, Belgium, Sept. 30 (UPI) -- Erotic chats on the Internet may be used as grounds for divorce, Belgium's top judges have ruled.
Brussels' Court of Appeal accepted printouts of a sexy conversation in a chat room as evidence in an adultery trial, according to the Flemish legal review De Juristenkrant. The decision covers e-mail messages as well.
