VAIL, Colo. _ Three years ago, Rostislav Olesz's connection to Olli Jokinen and Joe Nieuwendyk was the trading cards he had of them. On Monday, the Florida Panthers' first of three days of training camp in Eagle, Colo., the 19-year-old from the Czech Republic skated as part of a line with Jokinen and Nieuwendyk.
