What does rig capping entail? With us now on CNBC NEWSLINE is Al Reese. He`s CFO at ATP Oil and Gas. He joins us from the Woodlands, Texas, about 35 miles north of Houston. He`s on the telephone.

AL REESE, CFO, ATP OIL AND GAS: Hello, Maria. I apologize for having to do this by telephone, but I think we all agree it`s probably by far the safest thing to do today with Houston essentially under an evacuation plan right now.
BARTIROMO: Absolutely, Mr. Reese. So can you give us a status check, exactly what`s happening at this point in your region, 35 miles from really the major evacuations are going on? What can you tell us? What`s new now?
