Sep. 13--OCALA, Fla. -- Even before the full effect of Hurricane Katrina can be felt on the local economy, a national staffing company is predicting a "dismal" job outlook for Marion County in the next three months.
A survey of area businesses by Manpower Inc., released Monday, projects the Ocala area's employment market will be "one of the weakest in the nation" between Oct. 1 and the end of the year.
